No. Beginner programs explain the foundations step by step, including posture, breathing awareness, attention practice, and reflection exercises. Our Meditation Foundations course is specifically designed for individuals who have never meditated before. More experienced participants can explore our Advanced Meditation Practice Development program for deeper study.
Programs range from four to twelve weeks depending on the selected course. The Breathing Awareness Program runs for 4 weeks, Meditation Foundations and Workplace Mindfulness Education are 6-week courses, Mindfulness for Daily Balance is 8 weeks, Stress Awareness & Mindful Living runs for 10 weeks, and Advanced Meditation Practice Development is a 12-week program.
